For those wishing the organizing committee to arrange for their accomodation, the following options exist(special conference prices per person, per night).

Conference attendees staying elsewhere but wish to have lunch at the Minoa Palace can buy vouchers for € 20 a day.

Dinner will be individually arranged and taken either at the hotels(a la carte) or at one of the nearby tavernas in the town of Platanias.
 Registration Fee
The conference will start on the morning of Tuesday the 3rd of May (Welcoming reception in the evening of Monday the 2nd) and finish by lunch time on Friday the 13th. You can register for the conference here. If you are offered a place, then we will send you details of how to pay the registration fee. Your place will not be confirmed until you have paid. The fees are detailed below.

 Scholarships

Limited funds, covering part of the local living expenses will be available to subsidize young scientists from NATO countries [1], Mediterranean Dialogue countries [2], and Eligible Partner countries [3] and who are unable to obtain full support from other sources.

[1] NATO countries : Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, and United States.

[2] Mediterranean Dialogue countries : Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Mauritania, Morocco, and Tunisia.

[3] Eligible Partner countries (Partner Countries eligible for support) : Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrghyz Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Tajikistan, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
