The file area is accessible to everyone who has a username and password. Once you have logged on, there is a link to the shared file area on the front page of the website. Here you can upload files, or download files that other people have uploaded, simply by clicking on the file name. If you are a visitor to the group and need access to the files, please contact Daniel Oi about the guest account.
The basic idea of the file area is so that people who are working together on projects can have a central repository for the files they are working on, with the understanding that the files are not for viewing by the general public.
Be careful not to delete/over-write someone else's files!
